[ COMUNICATO STAMPA ] Pontecagnano Faiano, 14 aprile 2017 In merito al provvedimento del 22 marzo 2017, con cui l’Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (AGCM) ha avviato nei confronti delle società Sada Partecipazioni S.r.l., Sada Packaging S.r.l. e Antonio Sada & Figli S.p.A. un’istruttoria volta ad accertare una presunta intesa nell’ambito del settore del cartone ondulato e dei relativi imballaggi, le aziende precisano quanto segue. Le società del Gruppo Sada assicurano la correttezza delle proprie condotte. Nella loro storia più che centenaria, esse hanno sempre operato nel rispetto del quadro normativo e della prassi di riferimento, in piena autonomia imprenditoriale e in concorrenza con gli altri operatori del mercato. Consapevoli dei valori della reputazione e del prestigio che hanno sempre guidato e caratterizzato le attività del Gruppo Sada, sarà assicurata all’Autorità la massima collaborazione e trasparenza nel corso del procedimento. [ PRESS RELASE ] Pontecagnano Faiano, 14 april 2017 With reference to the investigation opened on 22 March 2017 by the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM), on an alleged anticompetitive cartel in the corrugated sheets and cases sector, Sada Partecipazioni S.r.l., Sada Packaging S.r.l. and Antonio Sada & Figli S.p.A. (the "Companies") observe as follows. The Companies deny any wrong doing. During their long tradition, the Companies have always complied with laws and competitive principles and rules. In line with their values and renown reputation, the Companies will cooperate with the Italian Competition Authority during the antitrust proceedings.

Almost two years have elapsed since Cart-One entered into the Blue Box Partners Alliance. Thanks to this network and the consequent technical and trade exchanges, many more opportunities were created resulting in contacts with international groups. In fact, the latter recognise the strength and extensive presence across Europe of the BBP locations held by family-owned companies that are keen on the growth of their resources; which invest in cutting-edge technologies and innovation and are concerned for the territory. I have handled corrugated board since I was a little girl. I remember intensely its distinctive smell that invaded our old plant and that always made me feel at home and dreaming about the future. It was love at first sight then, and continues to be for me now a wonderful profession that evolves and changes constantly. Nothing can ever be taken for granted. Ever since I joined the Research and Innovation Team, it has become even more exciting. Then, with Cart-One and BBP it all became a great reality. Throughout the two years I have experienced the alliance as efficient and effective. It’s great to see how much the joint effort of the R&D technicians is proactive and operational. The exchange of information and the comparison allow for perfecting the packaging solutions born from shared ideas and improvement in performance. I think these are good elements to create value as well as differentiate ourselves from the competition. It was a great pleasure for Cart-One and I to host the BBP Innovation Day for the BBP staff and technicians this year in Salerno. It was gratifying to see so many technicians from all over Europe gathered in our factories, learning about our historical culture by visiting the Etruscan Museum and Culinary. The teamwork between the BBP colleagues is very visible and successful. The cooperation makes BBP strong!

Una personale dedicata a Milo Manara. Un evento unico nel suo genere, che vede Salerno come tappa iniziale di un lungo omaggio che COMICON vuole tributare alla figura dell’artista veronese. Il maestro dell’erotismo, il creatore di tantissimi fumetti e figure femminili di riferimento compirà infatti 70 anni nel 2015.   Fumetti, illustrazioni, copertine, sketch, bozzetti, tutto l’universo di Manara, con un unico grande denominatore: le donne, le “Mulieres”, preannunciando così un dialogo con la storia cittadina. Primo evento COMICON del 2015, questa mostra di originali parte il 3 febbraio per concludersi il 1° marzo negli spazi del prestigioso e storico Palazzo Fruscione, recentemente ristrutturato nel pieno centro salernitano. Il Maestro Milo Manara sarà a Salerno, per l’inaugurazione della mostra ed un incontro con il pubblico il giorno successivo.Durante l’intero mese di Febbraio, l’evento sarà accompagnato da una serie di ulteriori mostre, ospiti e performance completando un programma targato Salerno COMICON interessante e variegato.
