Antonio Sada & figli and Sada Packaging are the companies awarded by Conai for the 2018 Prevention Bando Conai competition.
This award recognizes the companies operating in the development of the most innovative and environmentally sustainable packaging solutions put on the market in the two-year period 2016-2017. There are 36 cases awarded, including 7 special prizes among the 104 admitted cases out of 161 presented. These are the numbers of a tender that has turned the spotlight on the environmental sustainability of the packaging made, which is summarized by the following key points: reuse, facilitation of recycling, savings of raw materials, use of materials from recycling, optimization of logistics, simplification of the packaging system and optimization of production processes.
Specifically, Antonio Sada & figli wins the section “Savings on raw materials, Optimization of production processes, Optimization of logistics” which corresponds to the objectives achieved through an obviously sustainable production and Sada Packaging with its working methods, reaches the goal that explicit in the “Optimization of production processes”.
