Gruppo Sada
Ethics

Introduction
Throughout more than a century of our company’s history, in its various phases of development, the fundamental guiding principle that has always inspired us has been product excellence. This has resulted, on one hand, in the utmost attention to the quality of raw materials and the entire production process, always employing the most advanced technologies; and on the other hand, in the enhancement of internal human resources and the cultivation of strong relationships with Suppliers and Clients.
Over time, our Group has sought to combine social responsibility with economic efficiency, and we believe this is the key to our success.
Sada Group became acquainted with the concept of "social certification" thanks to the encouragement of some Clients who requested a commitment to align with socially responsible behavior standards.
We believed it was time to combine business success with the principles of Social Responsibility, as we aim to foster the creation of wealth and social value among all those who interact with us.
Furthermore, it must be acknowledged that consumers’ and society’s expectations have evolved significantly in recent years: they have become increasingly attuned to the ethical conduct of companies. Citizens and consumers are increasingly exercising their right to make informed consumption choices that align with their personal values, and they often wish to know the "journey" of the products they purchase—whether there has been a sufficient commitment to preserving the natural environment and whether the rights of the workers involved have been respected.
In keeping with its history, the company has therefore chosen to adopt the Social Responsibility standard. We believe that, in doing so, we have added value to our industrial strategies, financial operations, and business practices.
Gender Equality
SADA GROUP has initiated the certification process according to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 reference practice, "Guidelines on the gender equality management system," which entails the adoption of specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to Gender Equality Policies within organizations.
Through this concrete initiative, SADA GROUP seeks to further promote an inclusive culture that values all individuals within the company equally. Building a culture of gender equality across all companies in the SADA GROUP is a cornerstone of our human capital strategy, essential to ensuring outstanding performance based on merit and long-term sustainability.

The goal is to achieve certification by the end of 2022.
