According to the model and the printing required, these typologies are produced by several machine passes. 

Die Cutting

There are several categories. They are boxes always delivered laid and can be assembled by the customer automatically or manually.

Displays

The displays are structures in corrugated board, die-cut with high definition and very appealing printings, generally assembled by the Contract Packagers in order to pack products destined to the sale points, supermarkets and hypermarkets.

American Boxes

It is the ideal solution for processes that require resistance and runnability printed with flexo technology. Suitable for automatic and manual packaging lines. It has many variations, it can be open top without upper flaps, with upper and lower flaps, with interlocking bottom… This last version is used above all for those who do not have automatic packaging lines. 

Cornerless®

An excellent example of eco-design, it is more competitive and sustainable compared to traditional trays, printed with flexo technology. It allows an important saving of raw material, exploiting the entire surface inside and maintaining high performance. The innovative corner allows for strength, ease of stacking and handling. It is particularly suitable for automatic packaging lines because it has no impediments that hinder filling. Cornerless® is the winner of the 2017 Packaging Oscar – Environment Section. 

1DERBOX®

Self-assembling tray for forming machines. Thanks to special die-cutting elements, creates a structure that can be easily torn and removed, ensuring excellent shelf visibility of the product that is not found in similar types of packaging printed with flexo technology. 1Derbox® is finalist for the 2018 Packaging Oscar.

Punnets and Sirio Line

Customizable solid board and microflute solutions in flexo and offset technology that enhance the brand and guarantee the traceability of the supply chain, are suitable for containing products from different sectors: fruit and vegetables, confectionery and pastry, gastronomy, flowers and plants.

Trays for erecting machines

Trays suitable for particular machines that give them shape and glue, ready to be filled with products such as fruit, vegetables, I and IV range, confectionery, pastry, mozzarella and dairy products … on automatic packaging lines.

Recycling containers

Customized containers formed by bottom and lid to sort waste: paper, multi-material, wet, undifferentiated and used PPE (masks, gloves and caps).
